Morning folks! We've been quiet here social media wise at The Lab lately because we've been real busy dealing with life's unexpected hurdles. Our families/employees made it through Hurricane Florence, have regained power, not lost their homes and that's the big "whew!" we've all been holding our breath. We know you guys have been through a lot too as we've been talking with y'all coming in from as far as Wilmington for some food and comfort. We're about back to normal operations here at The Lab and have been working the past 96 hours feeding those that we can while supporting the people that are getting the services, goods, and equipment (as well as those protecting/responding to emergencies) to those in need throughout NC and in Johnston County. God bless each and every one of you! Finally, we have to say how proud we are of how Johnston County has worked together during these hard times we've had. We realize there are a lot of others out there still in need and we'll see what we can do for them as well. But for now, thank you all for showing what can be done with a little patience, kindness, caring and sweat! God bless you all! CRIC
Good morning! We will be open today with a limited menu Sunday, Sept. 16.Many of us are still without power, but if your roads to the Lab are safe, come on by for lunch or dinner. Stay safe.
Hundreds of first responders from New York, Middle Tennessee, Oklahoma and other states are here in North Carolina ready to lend their support for our communities. North Carolina National Guard members have been deployed as well. We give all these men and women a shout out and our thanks.
